None beyond anonymous crash/analytics telemetry. All checklist titles, property locations, notes, inspection items, and completion statuses are stored 100% locally on your device in private application storage. We do not require accounts, logins, personal identity submission, or cloud synchronization.
Your property inspection checklist data is used exclusively on your local device to render the inspection interface, calculate progress, and enable user-initiated backup export. Anonymous telemetry is used strictly to diagnose app stability and prevent crashes.
The application integrates Google Firebase (Project: SCI 3D IMMO, ID: sci-3d-immo-6f968, Number: 303136892491) solely for optional anonymous Crashlytics error reporting and aggregated application performance telemetry. No checklist content, property addresses, or user identifiers are transmitted to Firebase.
This native mobile application does not use HTTP tracking cookies. Local state is stored securely using an on-device SQLite / Room database within the Android sandboxed application environment.
To the extent EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies, data processing is based on legitimate interest in delivering a secure and stable property inspection utility, and user consent for voluntary diagnostics.
All checklist records remain stored on your device until you choose to delete individual checklists or clear the application data via the Settings menu. Uninstalling the application completely purges all local storage.
Local data is secured by Android OS application sandboxing. Exported JSON files are produced strictly at your explicit instruction and saved to the storage destination of your choice.
Under applicable data protection laws (including GDPR), you retain the right to access, rectify, export, and erase your data at any time. Because your data is entirely on-device, you exercise complete, immediate control directly through the application's Export, Import, and Clear Data features.
No personal data or property inspection content is transferred internationally. Anonymous telemetry processed by Google Firebase operates on standard global Google Cloud infrastructure subject to Standard Contractual Clauses.
The application relies on standard Google Play Services and Google Firebase SDKs. No third-party advertising networks, data brokers, or marketing trackers are included.
The application is a general-purpose property inspection and maintenance utility not directed at children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in the application with an updated Effective Date. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
